Terms and conditions

By registering your child for the 6 Again Rugby League Clinic, you (the parent/guardian) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Release of Liability

1.1 Participation in the clinic involves physical activities, which carry inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to release 6 Again, its coaches, staff, and affiliates, including guest coaches Blake Green and Mickey Paea, from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or other claims that may arise during participation.

1.2 6 Again will not be held liable for injuries caused by the use of clinic-provided items such as training shirts or hats.

2. Health and Fitness Declaration

2.1 By registering, you confirm that your child is physically fit, healthy, and able to participate in all activities of the rugby league clinic.

2.2 If your child has any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries, it is your responsibility to inform 6 Again in writing prior to the commencement of the clinic.

3. Professional Indemnity and Liability

3.1 6 Again, its staff, and affiliated coaches are not responsible for any injuries sustained during training or gameplay, whether due to negligence, accidental contact, or otherwise.

3.2 While all reasonable care will be taken to ensure a safe environment, participation is entirely at your own risk.

4. Non-Refundable Registrations

4.1 All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or unforeseen circumstances preventing participation.

4.2 In the unlikely event the clinic is canceled by 6 Again, a full refund or credit for a future clinic will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All training materials, methods, strategies, and drills taught during the clinic are considered the intellectual property of 6 Again.

5.2 Participants and their guardians agree to keep all intellectual property confidential.

5.3 Unauthorized distribution, sharing, or reproduction of any intellectual property without prior written consent from 6 Again is strictly prohibited.

5.4 If intellectual property is distributed without consent, legal action will be taken, and the responsible party will be liable for damages, legal costs, and other penalties.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1 All participants must adhere to a code of respectful behavior during the clinic. Bullying, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespect toward staff, coaches, or other participants will result in immediate removal from the clinic without refund.

6.2 Parents and spectators are expected to behave respectfully and comply with all instructions from clinic staff.

7. Photography and Media Release

7.1 By participating, you consent to 6 Again using photographs or videos taken during the clinic for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and marketing materials.

7.2 If you do not consent to your child’s image being used, you must notify 6 Again in writing prior to the clinic.

8. Personal Property

8.1 6 Again is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought to the clinic.

9. Force Majeure

9.1 6 Again is not liable for cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

By registering your child for the 6 Again Rugby League Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
